These will ship in a 18 x 18 x 18 box (and weigh about 17 lbs so you know what to expect) - it will be well packed - but will be heavy so it can be shipped residential as well as commercially.

The 85+ photographs below are of our actual warehouse locations - and pallets we have had in inventory - note we sell lot of wholesale pallets in our local market (and items through our retail location) - so our inventory changes almost daily, this is a long way of saying that the photographs are samples - and may not be the exact pallets you will receive.

Can someone visit your warehouse and see the pallets before purchasing?
Absolutely - we can accommodate a site visit to either of our two warehouse locations; Harpers Ferry, WV, 25425, and Martinsburg, WV 25401.
Are items on the pallets new, used, returns, salvage, overstock, or something else?
We offer items in all conditions, but these pallets contain primarily new Amazon Returns & NEW Target items - we do try to sort items to ensure they are not all broken, unsalable, etc.. our goal is to have each pallet contain 00-00 value of items! If you are interested in salvage or other types of wholesale items please send us a message.
Can I get a manifest?
Yes, please contact us and we can provide a manifest, although note, we normally build a pallet to order. We also offer pallets & wholesale items directly from our warehouse so inventory changes on a daily basis.
Can you get other stuff (beyond what you have listed)?

What happens if I get bad / broken items?
We do try to go through each pallets and pull any obviously broken items. The pallets we sell are a mixture of new items, returns, shelf pulls, etc. Sometimes items can have a missing piece, minor flaws, ripped or missing packaging, or have a broken parts – that said, if we have we missed something, please contact us.
Where can we sell these items?
Basically anyplace you are legally allowed to.
Can I choose my pallet or only get specific types of items?
Yes you are welcome to come to one of our 2 locations we are in Harpers Ferry, WV & Martinsburg, WV (video of each & introduction of staff)
What is shipping breakdown service - how does it work?
We break the pallets down into 4 or 5 boxes (depending on how the inventory stacks), and will ship to you in smaller boxes. A box would be approximately 20 x 20 x 20 inches and weigh approximately 40 lbs each (we ship from ... if you wanted to figure our a quote). Typically a pallet weights about 200 lbs (give or take for smaller items) so each box would average about 35-60 depending on how inventory gets stacked. We would also insure each box to help cover any potential shipping damage (very rarely happens).
We also have a pick-up location in Martinsburg, WV 25401 - if you wanted to figure our how far you are for a self-pickup. A normal pallet can fit into a larger SUV, minivan, etc. and we have folks on hand that can assist if needed.
Will there be any broken items?
We do try to inspect every item and check for breakage, but we do not check for missing parts, bolts, missing instructions or other things that could possibly be missing in a return. For all NEW items, they are typically factory sealed so we do not open them to test or ensure operation (we assume given they are new in factory packages that they work). We have found on average that 3-10% of return items have minor flaws.
Do you offer shipping?
Yes, we can provide a quote for freight or breakdown shipping service.
If there is so much money on these pallets, why don't you just sell all this stuff off?
Well - WE DO, we have four retail operations we sell from and offer products in a wide a variety of other markets (see this ebay store for example) - but we buy in such bulk that there is no way we can possibly process all the items we take in, so we have a wholesale division that handles bulk sales.

Immediate payment is due for all purchases at end of the auction - we will offer combined shipping invoice for multiple item purchases. Payment through ebay is the standard form of payment, unless other arrangements are made in advance (local pick up, etc.).

Shipping & Handling

Shipping will be calculated based on buyer location and the service you select during the check out process - we

charge any additional handling fees.
All items will be shipped in a secure package, and carefully wrapped in packaging materials to ensure a safe transfer during shipping.
A USPS, Fed EX, or UPS Tracking number will upload to ebay so you can track delivery progress.
Please note that any item(s) that contain chemicals, batteries, or other ingredients that require special shipment handling will be labeled in accordance with all regulations. This might include placing ORM-D (Other Regulated Material - Domestic) or other appropriate labels on the shipping container.
