Payment:
1. We only accept PayPal (payment system supports Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express).
2. To change an address or cancel an order please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Refunds will take up to 48 hours to process (excluding holidays and weekends).
Shipping:
1. We ship worldwide with tracking and delivery confirmation to every order.
2. All customs, duties, taxes and fees are sole responsibility of a buyer.
3. Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving your payment for your order to be shipped. Strandard shipping (K-Packet) typically takes 2-3 weeks from the time of shipping until you receive it, and 3-7 business days for EMS, but sometimes can take longer due to things beyond our control, such as customs clearance, holidays or postal workers strikes.
4. We will not be responsible for a loss of the parcel due to wrong or unknown address. If the parcel will get back to us, we will refund money excluding shipping fee.
5. Please refrain from placing an order to a P/O box, as delivery may be delayed or cancelled.
6. If you placed an order for an address in South Korea (domestic shipping), the package will usually arrive within 3 days. If the package failed to arrive, you need to let us know within a week to get a refund.
Return Policy & Warranty:
1. We guarantee 30 days return/refund.
2. If the item you received is damaged, defective or incorrect due to our error or shipping, item must be unused and in "new" condition in order to return. If these requirements are met, you will be fully refunded the cost of the item and return shipping costs. If you are returning for other reasons, the item must be unused and in "new" condition. You will only receive a refund in the amount of the item. You will not be refunded the return shipping costs.
3. The purchaser bears the cost of return shipping.
4. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item due to postal errors.
Return Process:
1. You must notify us via our contact form here within 7 days of receiving your item. Please include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for returning (include photos if applicable).
2. Please return the item using International registered mail once you have been authorized a return.
3. If you paid through Paypal, your money will be returned to your Paypal account within 3 working days of arrival at our office/warehouse.
