The combination of warranty, quality, style, durability, customer service, and value for your money is second to none. Some other brands may offer a “lifetime” warranty, but what good is it if you have to replace parts every year?
Price Pfister states on their website that their ceramic disc valves surpass the industry standard by 8 times. They also report that these valves perform for what is comparable to 80 years of regular use which is greater than 4 million cycles. Ceramic is well-known to be second only to diamonds in hardness. This quality makes these valves durable and reliable, perfect for withstanding the most extreme water conditions. Price Pfister says that they guarantee their ceramic disc valving to be leak-free for life. In addition, the ceramic discs are self-lubricating making operation a breeze.
RE:  DAMAGE IN SHIPPING
I have yet to have one complaint of damaged in shipping on any of my PRICE PFISTER items.  However if an item shows up at your door with damage from shipping, then we would want you to refuse the package and have the driver note the damage.
I am including insurance at no extra cost to you.
