•Dektak Model 8000 Surface Texture Analyzer w/ Robot
The DEKTAK 8000 is an advanced surface texture measuring system which accurately measures surface texture below sub micro-inch and film thickness to 262 microns. Measurements are made electromechanically by moving the sample beneath a diamond tipped stylus. The high precision stage moves a sample beneath the stylus according to a user programmed scan length, speed, and stylus force.
Selling "AS IS, WHERE IS." We do not have the capability to test this equipment. System was de-installed in working operational condition. All returns must comply with stated Return Policy. Please continue:
